• Designed an AI document-extraction pipeline that parses insurance carrier illustration PDFs into structured data, using carrier-specific prompts, content-based carrier detection, and page pre-filtering to reduce token spend.
• Built a production Model Context Protocol server exposing internal agency tooling to Claude, secured with Cloudflare Access JWT validation and bearer token authentication.
• Diagnosed and resolved a production scaling failure on a national equipment dealer platform where a nightly catalog sync was stampeding SQL Server and triggering CMS republish storms. Moved the sync out of the web process into a standalone CLI job, capped run duration to prevent lock retention, eliminated sync-over-async in the product path, and served inventory from a single cached read.
• Cut the self-hosted font payload through Latin-only subsetting as part of a dedicated Core Web Vitals engagement, alongside critical CSS inlining, non-blocking stylesheet loading, LCP hero conversion to responsive images with preload, immutable asset cache headers, and deferred reCAPTCHA loading.
• Led migration of internal SEO, reporting and site-provisioning tooling from a legacy in-house framework to Umbraco 13, and built a Cloudflare Access to member-system authentication bridge with auto-provisioning.
• Migrated production client sites from Umbraco 13 to Umbraco 17, spanning the Umbraco 14 plus backoffice architecture rewrite and the move to .NET 10.
• Maintained a long-running client engagement covering MLS integration via .NET worker services, including a Bridge MLS to NavicA platform migration, later unification of NavicA and Spark feeds into a single property store, and Gemini-backed natural-language property search.
• Delivered custom line-of-business applications on ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework Core, including a route-management system with real-time supervisor notifications over Web Push and email, and a hospital order-management system.
